We understand there are a lot of questions around having Air Conditioning installed on your property. You need to be sure the system you are installing is perfect for your property and will save the maximum amount for your energy bills. We are always here to help and put your mind at ease, answering any questions you may have. You can contact us directly on 0800 292 2929 to discuss your home. To make this process even easier, we have put together some of the Air Conditioning questions we get asked most.

The unit has four modes: Cooling, Heating, Fan & Dry mode.

We realise that it can be daunting when it comes to installing technology, that’s why we offer full installation as standard with this Air Conditioning unit.

The air conditioner can be controlled with the remote control. Two AAA-batteries are required. You can also use the Smart Life app which can be connected to your unit to control from your phone. Download the Smart Life app from your phones appstore.

Dry mode will extract moisture from the air, which will be drained outside using the installed drain pipe. The fan speed cannot be adjusted in dry mode.

Yes you can, timers can be added on the remote control or from the Smart Life app.
